SEO means search engine optimization, anyone knows, right? But if you ask for the steps they follow, you might hear different answers. My today's post will shed light on this issue. Let us begin.

So, what does SEO mean to you? Is it a theory or a practical endeavor? I know, you will all agree that SEO is simply a vast subject. And time is pretty short, so you have one thing in your hand and that is your organizational skill.

This is really handy, if you have organizational skill, when you opt your brain into something really vast like search engine optimization.

Here is a little overview of what I do to promote (or you can say optimize my base to search engines) my business. Add more tasks in the comment box, if you feel suggest me. Would really love to have your suggestion

1. I submit articles to article directories (while submitting articles to different directories, I give emphasis over both authority building and backlinking, but I do not consider more than 100 directories. In fact, I predominantly give my attention over few top rated directories only)

3. I share URLs to different bookmarking sites (pretty straightforward)

4. I post press release to different press release directories

5. I share my blog posts

Planning to Launch another Blog, in just a Little Tilted Way, phew!

Been extremely busy these days, I admit, my life has become little hectic these days (unfortunately, I am NOT among those who make millions just a few mouse click in a day or probably in a month or week, and honestly I don’t want to be. Want to know my story?), but still I can't leave myself taking new challenges every time.

An Unvoiced Comeback – A Confession

The night is dark outside, when I first decided to come back once again to reappear on my dearest blogs. Once the thought hits my mind, I hardly get any option but to come back again to look for my old base. Friends, I am really ashamed as I was not being able to continue my journey and left all untouched, unloved and unattended.

But when I decided a comeback and started writing this post, I did few things as well. That few things together combine the true essence of my today's post. I realized, by the grace of God, I was wrong to hold all the responsibilities in my small head. I was exhausted, so I became disorganized and finally lost my interest in these blogs.

I realized, at last, that being organized is really vital in life. Yes, even it is with your passion, you must be consistent and organized, or else, you will lose your passion for life for sure. Being disorganized takes a big toll from your life. For me, yes, of course, my business is running quite successfully these days and if God want, it will be for upcoming days, but I lost all my connections with my passion, that is, my blogs.

So far this is my confession, since I don’t have much things to say, except admitting that 'I am guilty'. Whatever I can promise today (depending on my organizational strategy), I would be persistent, if I have really been able to mark out my drawbacks that hinder my appearance for these blogs. So guys, from today's onwards, you will get a new update in my blogs quite frequently. Let's hope for the best. Till my next appearance, be happy and stay good for all.

Google is really funny and beyond of any kind of explanation. Did Google hear me yesterday? Is Google playing with me? Just yesterday only, my blog has PR rank 3 and it got this rank on 28th September, 2008 from unranked position and again today Google turned it down to unranked!!!

As I told already, I really don’t bother much about Google ranking. What I believe, I believe in my own voice. But it is somehow surprising. May be Google loves to play with people! May be Google loves to make fun of people, or may be because I didn’t put content for last few days. I think the last explanation has some possibilities.

Whatever be the reason, I always find Google acts some fishy and mischievous way. It acts like a toddler, I think Google needs to be mature enough to set its Page Rank. Are you hearing me Google?

Yes, I have a proof. Just one day back my another blog with an age less than one month and only 10 posts altogether gets a PR 2 rank from 'unranked'. Yes, I am NOT joking. • I didn’t do much Internal linking (though I admitted that internal linking has tremendous value).

• I really did not bother about Page Rank (even today I don’t bother much, but I enjoy to keep the track like a funny pastime).

Not all my blogs get the rank. In fact, two blogs of mine for which I really spend long hours have not got any rank. Both of them have many contents and 'keyword-rich contents'. I really worked hard for these two sites to put 'keyword-rich content', but nothing really works. On the contrary, I didn’t ever bother about 'keyword-rich content' for my other blogs and it got the PR rank. I am pretty confused and you?

What Makes PR High?

As I told you earlier, I am NOT a SEO professional. What I know, what I read, what I study, what I feel, I share it to the world. I read too many titles on how to make high PR, honestly, some of them, I realized a bit, but some of them, I am not ashamed to announce, I couldn't. Still the way to make high PR is a mystery to me. The day before yesterday (28th September, 2008), I found my SEO blog and my REASONING ABILITY blog, have received a PR 3 each. I have started my SEO blog from 18th July and my REASONING ABILITY blog from 1st September. So it implies that my SEO blog has achieved its PR 3 within 41 days and that is achieved by REASONING ABILITY blog when it is only 27 days old.

Now, I have come to few conclusions (though I believe it's a really small time frame to generalize, so my readers must excuse me, if they do not find me enough modest):

You must write content interesting and love what you are doing. This is the easiest tip ever, because if you don’t love something, you can't expect others to love your blog also. Say, you are spending a lot in decorating your home, but still you are not satisfied with its beauty. When you are not satisfied, how can you expect others to be satisfied with it, huh?

Share, share and share it to different bookmarking sites. Let others know about you. There are billions and millions of pages out there over the net. You are nothing but an infinitesimally small point there. So shout to the world, but in a decent voice, so that you can be able to make others to pay attention on you.

I personally hate to do link exchange. But I don’t have enough knowledge to disregard it although.

Yes it is! Let me tell you why.

There is a group who has formed 'The Church of Google'. I am not too sure about their actual activity, but today when I was searching Google with the phrase 'Is Google God?' after getting sucked up with my AdSense account, I found some interesting results. Enough of irony, but there are seriously a phrase in this virtual world which says that there IS a church of Google. What a mess!

Yes, this is a mess, since Google is compared with the Almighty. Oh my God (or Google?????!)! They have compared Google in such rubbish way:

"We at the Church of Google believe the search engine Google is the closest humankind has ever come to directly experiencing an actual God (as typically defined). We believe there is much more evidence in favor of Google's divinity than there is for the divinity of other more traditional gods."

Honestly I love Google very much. In fact, yes, I do primarily trust on Google to do my research in almost all aspects. But a compare with the God!!! I just can't take it. Do you?
